I'm on the new alternating day diet. It's very simple with one day of good behavior followed by one day of bad, then repeat.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
