Huge leg workout last night new PRs on Squat, leg press, extensions, and calf press (is that really an exercise 😂 Have a great Friday and the best weekend!!!!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
