So this is the weigh in before the festivities begin. This time of year is so hard every weekend there seems to be another party to go to or more yummy cooking and baking to be done. Must remember to stay strong and keep the end goal in sight and make sure I choose wisely when out and about I can and will stay on track :0)
173.9 lb Lost so far: 62.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
