3.5 Mile walk today. Surgery tomorrow morning, but hopefully won’t be down and out for long. Have a blessed Sunday everyone! 🤗

188.2 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb. Still to go: 48.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
