I worked out in the garden yesterday so that may be the reason I could have all that Chinese food and still have a tiny loss, yahoo!!!! It was so good!!!😋😋😋😋 Today I will have to watch it.
Monday with a lot to do at work so I better get going! Start of a new week to get back on track.🌺
184.0 lb Lost so far: 36.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
