Rob, just glanced at your diet calendar, being nosy to see what I could steal, because you are doing so well. Are you eating enough? Are you really only consuming 800 calories a day?

Hey, Isabel. Thanks for your concern, but don't worry. I'm doing fine. I tend not to always record my end-of-day stuff... I use the diet calendar to gauge where I'm at in a day, and how many calories I've got left by the end. I should get in the habit of recording it all, but I don't always. I'm generally more in line with 1200 to 1500 a day. Anyway, no worries! But thanks for worrying. :D

You are welcome Rob. I know how easy is it to get carried away and not eat enough; I tend to go from one end to the other - too little / too much; back and forth - sigh.
