I gotta say I had hoped to have lost some weight today, since we were out most of the way yesterday, walking a LOT. Oh well.

Tomorrow, I will probably not have lost a whole lot, as I did not wake up until 11 today. I guess I needed the sleep. :)
278.4 lb Lost so far: 63.3 lb.    Still to go: 91.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
