Not surprised, the only meaningful exercise yesterday was keyboard pounding and walking back and forth between the house and office. As stated many times before, it's not the muscle mass number of the day, it's the trend where it's holding higher vs. when I started measuring it. Same with the blob. Based on trends, both are good.

Worked late, ate late, literally walked in from office and fell into bed. Hate those kind of days, but they do happen from time to time. Is it weird that I can't even remember if I pedaled the little bike under my desk at all yesterday? The days all ran together this week. Will do better for myself today. I am supposed to be done at 2 and will swim at 2 whether I'm done or not.

Working late by myself out in the dark wilderness of the backyard office, I feel the need to protect myself from vampires. Progress on the 48 oz of garlic below. I think I will actually be able to make my way through this entire jar. When I get the little jars, I tend to be stingy or use fresh. With this thing, I'm tempted to add garlic to my cereal and ice cream. It's that easy! And no, I'm not giving up using fresh, two totally different things. Anyone want a kiss? 🧛‍♀️
