Granddaughter turns 2 Sunday and had party last night. I planned what to eat and stuck with it. I THOUGHT about another piece of chicken and pizza. I THOUGHT about a larger piece of cake. Chose not to indulge. These 3 are a BIG reason why I want to be around for a loooooong time and be healthy and active.

The last pic is Tank. He's not a party animal...🤣
144.0 lb Lost so far: 131.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
