Feeling the effects of 4 days of workouts reaching every part of the body. Legs ache, arms are sore, the rest is there😁. Getting my coffee and recovery going this morning.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 63.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
