Lost another pound tonight. Spent 207 calories on three delicious Macallans on the rocks. Left me with a salad and yogurt for dinner but that's OK!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 111.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
