I’ve been trying harder to meet my protein macro (35% ~ 145g) by adding in more protein shakes. I have a new plant based peanut butter one that I got at Costco! It sounds yummy!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good job. I need coffee lol. At first I was like I'm confused isn't peanut butter already plant based ... after reading it again, duh the protein shake. That is awesome, I will need to find that. Don't have Costco tho. Can you order online?

You might be able to! It’s “Orgain Simple Organic Plant Protein Powder - Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup”. I’m trying it this afternoon so, I’ll let you know how I like it! It was on sale so I figured why not! 👍

It’s pretty decent - I made it this morning and let it sit in the fridge. There is a little bit of a grittiness but, the flavor is good! This would be great for smoothies.

I also have a hard time getting my protein high enough. It's not that big a deal when I'm eating at maintenance but I like my protein close to 30% when I'm in a deficit. Started using a protein powder and it's not bad, but I'm not really a fan of the sweetener in it.

Agreed! I’m not a huge fan of the artificial sweetener taste either
