An hour of Les Mills Combat yesterday and staying in my macs = loving todays weigh in!

I wish one day could really make so much happen but the truth is that Ive been staying consistent, and getting right back when I havent been on track.

Its irritating that I couldve been making progress all of 2020 but I didnt. Anyway, Im really excited that I got out of my head and and the "I cant do it" way of thinking. Im looking forward to seeing where this year is going to take me.
259.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
