Lowest was 176.4 in November. Basically I asked myself if I wanted to eat 2200-2400 calories daily and lift for an hour a day and maintain 180 pounds (Until I stop lifting and balloon up to 200) or if I thought I might like to get my CICO better balanced and eat in a deficit so I chose the latter and plan to meet my goal by mid April, beginning of May- and of course that is still about 15 pounds more than I hope to be eventually. Unsure how long 150 pounds will take me. Should probably see what 165 looks like and go from there. I can only assume maybe 8-10 pounds is loose skin so I have to take that into consideration because i plan to live with it.

Sounds like a good plan! Have you talked to your dr about the loose skin? I’ve read that they have creams that can tighten skin. Probably wouldn’t shrink it all but some tightness might help you feel better about it. I’ve considered asking my dr for loose skin on my face and mid section. Better than surgery for sure if it works somewhat. Maybe make me look a bit younger 😝.

No- I haven't talked to anyone about it. I just play with it constantly. 🤮I'd give a cream a chance if I only lost like 40 pounds but ain't no cream fixin this mess.

I suggest you check with the American Academy of Dermatology about creams to tighten loose skin before spending any money.

I forgot how tall you are DP, but you're looking pretty good right now. When you hit 165, you might decide you're happy. You already look slimmer than me (I'm shorter).

My sister is 5’8. She says her sweet spot is about 155-160.

DP good going! There’s no loose skin that is noticeable on you!!! Maybe it’s all the hard workouts you do daily. I am sort of lucky there too - so blessed after being so big. Have a happy Sunday!👌🌸 Oh and great loss!
