Now THIS is what Im talkin about!!

Apparently today was a refeed day and I dont really know how to track it all. 😆 I guess we'll see what tomorrow brings.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
