Did you ever wonder why most of the dishes' photos look like some pig feed? At least mine does unless I use the "food item" filter on my phone :-)

That center weird looking blob of yellow is the egg! Maybe I overcooked it in the microwave because it is kind of yellow-gray. Supposed to be yummy, but I hate spinach and the egg was like rubber, even the sashimi was not able to save it! On the positive side, it is all super healthy and all, balanced almost to perfection: 2.34 of Net Carbs, 27.61 Fat, 17.15 Protein.

Anyway, I am following my diet and shed off almost 2 lbs, mostly water.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sauté spinach then cook egg on top spinach slowly in pan. Microwave eggs 30 sec or less

Looks good! My food pics often come out blurry due to rising steam 🙄

Will try to cook the egg for a shorter time. I like my eggs fried, runny yolks, whites with a golden skirt, but it is 1237 Ku of AGEs per 1. When microwaved is about 20 or less.( ͡❛ ͜ʖ ͡❛)👌

Ohh I looked it up and water is not great to cook in for you Ku and age. Interesting. I will read more about it

It is hard to eliminate Ku's completely unless everything is boiled or stewed, no hard cheeses, etc. The deadliest is bacon and eggs. I love a good steak - not as an everyday meal, but still...lol.. that is why I am taking Astaxanthin.
