It will be even more of a challenge the next 9 days, husband is on vacation and will be home. He's usually gone 4 days a week for work so it's much easier to watch what I eat. We will go out to eat more, more choices to make and easier to screw up! Super Bowl Sunday going to daughter's house. There will be pizza and other high calorie foods. I will need to be mindful of how much I eat. Easy to type, so hard to do in the moment....
147.0 lb Lost so far: 128.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
