Unacceptable.

Jimmie weigh yourself in the morning after a shower so you'll have no food in your system and most bacteria is off ur body you'll see your actual body weight, I recommend cold showers the benefits are: higher metabolism, faster muscle recovery, wakes you up (incase your tired), tightens skin and a few more<> the only con is that at the start cold showers are hard

I'm blaming my next gain on bacteria! Not from consuming 5 slices of pizza and being over alloted calories. But then I'd have wet hair and that could weigh me down. Ugh. No win situation...
