Maintenance Queen of 156/157 since September. Then again, haven't been working my plan very hard so I'm ok. I hold bragging rights to not one bite of pure junk food (candy, cake, cookies, chips, donuts, ice cream) since June 2019. That is what matters far more to me. Longest I've ever gone in my life that I haven't returned to the crap that put it all on me to begin with. Mostly lower carb that isn't Keto (guessing 70-100 range) is working like a charm. From highest wait of 200+ on a 5' frame, I can still see 120 again in my future even at the pace of a snail. Ya'll guys hang in there! If this old lady can do it, anyone can!
156.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
