Minggu ceria.. Setelah kurleb 6 harian makan ngaco, ngemil mulu krn lagi haid. Hr sabtu kmrn balik on track lagi ke defkal dan ngatur makan. Tadi pagi membranikan diri naik timbangan, setelah jogging pagi.. ternyata turun ke 57kg. Ahhh.. senangnya❤️ Ayo semangatttt!!
125.7 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
