just started being ablt to encorporate whole foods again...gastro issues but hanging in there..^_^ gained a lb so must restart the act of logging foods and try to keep myself on a healthy path...
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
