Took a short walk with the dogs even though it was way colder than I thought. We were expecting a storm that didnt end up starting until the evening so I thought it would be ok - that wind tho! My gym is offering in person or online classes right now so I jumped on at home. I can tell home much muscle Ive lost from months of slacking. Its not that I didnt do anything, I just didnt do enough (and sometimes I really just didnt do anything).

Im very tired today. Its a bad combo of fatigue, weather, and TOM. My plan today is to do some yoga, stick to my macros, and go to bed early.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
