Steady at 218.0 for a morning weigh in. Ate an extra 100 calories or so last night. My veggies were right at the edge of their useful life so I juiced 'em all! Will repeat the regimen today.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good morning sweetie pie :) No going off on you today :) Enjoy your party tonight. I do indeed hope they have a veggie tray but you could be pro-active and take one :) Just saying - oops maybe I did go off on you! It's not easy Bill. We want to life a grand life and unfortunately that includes food, wonderful food and drink, marvellous drink - how would I function without that magic elixir. But if one wants to be slim and trim and back in navy shape, one has to forgo all life's pleasures - sigh. BS - enjoy yourself in moderation and juice fast tomorrow to compensate. Likely won't be on to heckle you until Monday :) So enjoy the peace and quiet :) xxx
