Yesterday was a rest day and my nutrition was off. I did eat under goal but my protein intake was lacking. I did not meet some activity goals but did get plenty of rest. 1258kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // BE↑0.4#
150.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
