Yea ! Haven't weighed this weight since my skiing days, 10 years ago. On my way to 193 by December. Then, who knows?. Perhaps a few pounds more for good measure.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
