Don’t get excited. Not sure if this is a true loss or not. Maybe just getting back to normal because I don’t think the last weigh in was a true gain. I drank way less than I should the last few days but I slept like 20-22 hours combined the last few days. Awake every hour last night but slept hard between waking up. Have a pretty good headache this morning too. Not a migraine but it’s bad enough my vision is blurry. (It’s rare that it happens but I’ve had it occasionally with bad headaches and migraines) . Pretty sure my neck is causing it. Massage got pushed back due to a family emergency on her end and my neck had already been giving me trouble for a week. And when I try to stretch I get a long pain from base of m skull all the way down my back on the right side almost to my waist. Odd...hurts worse from base of skull to just below my right shoulder blade so I’m wondering if it has something to do with that pinched nerve issue I had.
122.6 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
