36 Hours Fasted
First morning in recent memory that my face isn't puffy, just chubby. Picked up an angry case of what appears to be rosacea over the summer and that seems to be in decline as well. Fasting heals. Onward.

@adef Heard. I knew you would work through that. The times in which we live are a challenge to optimism, but there's no other way to live. I removed our TV and most social media, which helps. What I find helps me even more, though, is the speed with which the Winter solstice is fading in my rear view mirror! Ripped for Spring! Let's go!

Good to hear the rosacea is better. You probably already know this, but just in case, an alkaline diet may help avoid flare ups. Also, staying away from certain foods, such as hot bevs, spicy foods and dairy, to name a few.
