Les Girth's Journal, 16 January 2021

I was inspired by Deehablo's post yesterday. He said "Keep Going".

I set a goal for myself to reach 220 lbs. I'm 62 years old and 6' -1". My goal takes me from the obese range on the weight charts to the overweight range. A normal weight for me would be around 190 lbs.

I've made good progress, but maybe I need to rethink where I want to be and keep going.
222.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've done so great Les!!! I think when I hit my final weight goal I will continue to work on building more lean muscle and lose fat. That's my hope anyway.
