Down to 225.8 after eating low calories for a few days. Back to pre-Christmas weight and now to go and find the 2-teens.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 99.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Bill ... look at you go! You are on a roll ... keep it going!! I have been learning to do one pan roasting (meats and veggies) and also making myself use the pressure cooker for tougher cheaper cut meats and for veggies that take a while to cook. I am psyched.! I enjoy seeing what Denise cooks up for you, too.

The only one pan meal I have made so far is lining chicken thighs up the middle of a long baking pan and then adding the PicSweet roasting veggies along the side. (I have bought two of those and piled them up on either side of the chicken. Then roast at 475 degrees for 35 minutes in a preheated oven. It's so simple. I will take a pic the next time I make this.
