Drank half my body weight in ounces of water yesterday - 128 oz. Limited Diet Coke to three glasses (mostly filled with ice). Making progress.
250.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 100.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
