so after a long week spent working in Italy a 200 g loss is a bonus i'm happy with this :0)another long week in Turkey this week although no gym at the hotel so will have to find some other way to work out.....Although while i am loosing i am still not back to pre indulgence weekend weight i'm a whole kg off. am i slipping???? i'm not eating any worse at least i dont think so. Maybe a couple of low cal days before i head off again is whats in order lets kicjk start that downward trend back off
195.6 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
