Holding too high, so we're going to have to make it a project. I'm going to make some mini goals for myself. Probably won't track them here. I'm actually hoping this is one of those things where my body holds high a couple of days and then drops. But looking back, honestly, I've been gradually eating more and leaving my house less, especially on weekends. It's not daylight, it's everything. It's still dark, you still can't go places, and the neighborhood is empty at night.

Started off on a walk last night, got called back barely out the door to deal with a smoke detector going off at mom's place and I didn't want her climbing a ladder for 12' ceilings. Too high, too risky. But that's just one day.

The good news is that the lovely champagne is almost gone and the days are getting longer. It was still light at 5 last night. I have some other super easy things to cut and I'm loving avocado on my salads instead of dressing so we'll probably stick with that for awhile since they're perfect again.

Water. I suck at drinking water when I'm cold. I've been trying to drink it in hot tea, which I do enjoy, but I'm good with a couple of cups and nowhere near what I should be. and so the journey continues.

In the winter I cut up a lemon/lime/orange wedge and just heat my water it tastes yummie,I use a round beer mug and all I need is 5 a day to make the limit for water intake.
