I should be losing more. 🙃 I need to start walking more and using a little bit more energy. Sitting at a desk doing reports just isn’t getting the job done for me. 😯 May actually have to move my body just a little more.🤔
189.0 lb Lost so far: 31.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A wise man once told me you can’t out exercise a bad diet. I’ve used this rule on myself several times and cut calorie intake for the WIN! Rock on Shrewd. 😇

Your right 60pack I do believe I am taking in more calories than I should. Hard times being so blessed with so many holiday treats. 😋🍪
