my goal was 205 by the new year. I came within about a pound of it, and I'm fine with that. I managed to lose 110lbs in about 6 months even with Thanksgiving, xmas and new years binge eating.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 110.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Hscnaina just CICO. And good genetics (😂 I suppose.) Eating foods I enjoy that don't leave me feeling like I'm on a restricted diet. No silly fad diets like fasting or keto that make it harder then it already is. And being active. July 17th will be a year. I've lost around 130lbs. And about 3 months of that year I've been maintaining my weight.
