Hope I can find a pair of 12's or I may be wearing pj bottoms for a few days. Party is over. Back to work. Back to the gym. Have a good week, FS friends. 💪🏼💕

You are motivated so that's part of the battle. You always bounce back and I think from looking a most posts of weight, we are all in same boat. I am up as well, I'll bounce back and get back on track..(maybe..) I keep telling myself to stay away from cookies but those but filled ones and peanut butter blossoms keep calling my name....🤪🤭🍪🍪🍪🍪

I'm not getting on that scale until I absolutely have to which will be Wednesday until then I'm sticking to what Mr.10 says I am worth more than a number on a scale be blessed 😊

I have several neighbors who are of different races and nationalities and they have been blessing me with lots of their “home town” foods. Everything is just so wonderful. I have been eating just small amounts of everything, but man it is hard. I am sick of eating. I just want to fast for a few days just to feel hungry again, but that won’t happen.

It is hard, Kenna! Even more so for someone who has always struggled with portion sizes. But I'm sick of eating, too...ready to be back at it. (Hopefully that feeling lasts a bit) 😉 Keilin, much is water but not all. I did it to myself and I'll undo it without lasting damage but definitely past the point of being able to claim "water weight". Happy Tuesday! ❤️

Thanks, Tom! Gym visit felt great. I didn't look my best but after 3 days off and a week's worth of calories in 2 days...I was more than ready to be back. Just ended up doing a little of everything and I'm thinking full body is the way to go for a bit. 💪🏼
