makan high carbo, baru mulai olahraga lagi 4 harian.. ini hanya air wkwk.. lanjut lah lagi.. tapi tetap senang sih turun alhamdulillah 😄🤫
160.9 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
