hmmm dont know if i believe the scales this morning. i cant see that after a weekend of very indulgent food and drink i can so quickly drop those extra kgs. its not quite back to pre-weekend weight but not far from it though....while i havent been getting my walk in as much as i have been away traveling for work i have instead been doing 30 mins or so in the gym. from this work out i can really see that i have no strength what so ever in my arms and when i look at the mirror i have proper "bingo wings" (very flabby)does anyone out there know a good way of getting rid of this?????
194.2 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
