It has been A Week. The kids are remote until Xmas. I'm between pay weeks and have $4 until pay day. I'm out of tape and patience.

But I can do this. I've got this. I've got this.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
