Bouncing the same 5 lbs up & down trying to maintain through the holidays then back to basics Jan 2nd!!! 😉 very pleased with -127 lbs in 2020 and hope to lose another 100 to 125 lbs in 2021!!! (Hard to say because I plan to build more muscle in 2021)!!! Happy Holidays everybody!!! Keep safe,have fun, enjoy life!!! 😄
367.6 lb Lost so far: 127.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everybody! Giving up hasn’t even crossed my mind (yet 😁)! The 5 pounds I keep bouncing up and down it was just my threshold because once I reach the 5 pound max threshold I pull back to take some back off as I believe this is how it is going to be during my Maintaining once I reach my ultimate goal weight loss! I will probably open the threshold +/-10 pounds once I am at my goal!
