Lowest weight because I sweated out and weighed in after running 6.61 miles.
166.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 26.6 lb a week

lucky you that you can still run...after a 5k labor day I tore my mcl and i'm bench still! in fact the orthopeadic said no more running! I have been depressed ever since. I go back to dr in feb and he said last time i was there that I would be 6 mos healing over this...what a drag! so take care of those joints...find other alternative cardio to give them a rest. thanks for the buddy invite.
