Nothing to be proud of in Nov, but today begins a new month and I'm ready to step back on the yellow brick road. 💚💜💛
211.2 lb Lost so far: 88.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I still celebrate a holiday when I'm alone, food and all! Too depressing not to do something special. And I'm certainly not a depressive person! Love and laugh! Let the good times roll!
