I have happy feet today!! Day 2 of no plateau ... brings a smile to my face. Also makes me feel rather foolish about all my worrying while I was bobbing to and fro on the scale. But, never fear!!! I will surely fret again when the next plateau arrives. It is the process I know ... but sometimes I resist the process. 5.4 lbs more to my next mini-goal.
We here in the great northwest are enjoying another snow storm after weeks of warmer weather and hopes of Spring!! I hope everyone has a great day!!
