My first weigh in that drops me back into ‘overweight’ BMI not obese 🎉
Sure there’ll be a bounce back up but it’s lovely to see!
190.9 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
