Cannot blame you at all, Melissa! I had two giant bagels today and had to hold back from having more. I’m in a totally bagely mood today. 🤤🥯

No worries Melissa. Although it's not something you would do everyday, it's okay now and then. That's the beauty of flexible eating. CICO!!!

A real, New York bagle??? I would have one or two of those, newnameMM!!! ❤️Yeah, Diana! I knew when I was making bread that I needed to plan on conserving calories everywhere else. Sometimes you just know!! ❤️ Well, sk, considering how how quickly the loaves disappear, you better drive quickly! 😁 I am so thankful, John, for exactly that. I plan on this for life, so keeping where I can maintain and still enjoy the good things in life makes it possible to keep going!!! 😊

My grandmother would make bread and we would eat it hot out of the oven with homemade butter and syrup made from the sugarcane they grew on the farm. OMG, so delicious! 💛
