This weight isn’t budging. 😭 Did my Greek fest on Tuesday really do 1.5lb of permanent damage? No, of course it didn’t 🤦‍♀️

-Poor tracking the last few days
-Not enough water
-Shitty sleep
-2 heavy upper body sessions
-Work stress

With that said my weekend goal (still home with this fractured foot) is reasonable but not crazy deficit and major hydration to bounce back.

Have a great weekend y’all. Don’t stuff ya faces but if you do no crazy fasts or starvation next week ok? You got this, you got this if you want it. Hold your self accountable, tell yourself you are an adorable badass and that you in fact can eat just one donut and move on.

You get my drift. Live life; eat the food and drink the wine just make sure you can “afford” it.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope your foot is healing. Do you have a boot or still on crutches?

Hi, still in boot with crutches and no weight bearing. Midway check Monday to determine if he puts me in a transitional boot, allows to drive and start bearing light weight.. Pain is minimal it’s just exhausting trying to move around with this heavy boot.. I’m halfway through to 💯 so I’m just going to keep doing what I need to do... Thank you for checking in.
