Almost 5lb🤗 in 10 days to be fair I'm currently on a liquid diet only eating some solids here and there due to my swollen ear, nose and throat due to sinus issue makes me happy but, not ideal to loose the weight because of being sick😔 I hope there's a solution quick.

Sinus issues I suffer from them all the time they are extremely painful. Ouch, I hope you went to see an ENT because they’re the ones that can really help you. That’s who I go to when I get sick with sinus problems. You could also go on YouTube and look up home remedies to alleviate some of the symptoms it really works some of the steam stuff that they tell you to do works very well. Oceangirl, thank so much for the info yes very painful0. Did you ever get migraines from ut or facial pain? I went to an ENT who ordered a ct of my sinus 1 wk later still waiting😑. Anything you reccomend I can buy over the counter?
