Curvaceous Cutey's Journal, 02 November 2020

I'm finally getting back to my normal routine. I was under the weather for a bit but I feel 100% now. I will be logging my weight once a week until I'm back on track. Weighing in every day is a bit discouraging sometimes. Especially, when it goes up and down for no reason.

Have a wonderful evening FS community!🌌💕

I get that totally sorry you been feeling bad I'm glad you feeling better and I weigh myself on Sundays it's helps to keep me motivated and to change what I think I'm doing wrong after I look at my calorie intake for that week and what I have been eating

Same. I tried weighing myself daily for a week and didn’t like it. Now I do it every few days or 1x a week.

If you manage your diet properly, everyone will have a BMI of 23. Weight does not drop to minus 10 kg in a day or two. One month later, I think it's correct if your weight is even a little less than it is now. You can definitely achieve it |つ°▽°|つ)ペシッ Let's go slowly✨ ▽°|b✨

I prefer to weigh once a week for the same reason. The daily fluctuations are normal though. Don't let them discourage you. You are doing amazing Cutey! I'm happy to hear that you are feeling better 😊💜 keep up the hard work! 💪

Weighing too often can be so frustrating. I usually weigh when have a decent NSV or feel a bit lighter. Did read where it is a great motivator to weigh everyday. For me that would be a bit obsessive. ☺

I weigh twice a week. I get obsessed if I do it every day. Sometimes I cheat though..🤭😛

I used to do it every day, it drove me bananas. I went to once a week and that works much better for me.

I like your goals!!! Initially, getting started comes with some difficulty but as long as you are consistent the results will come with ease. Definitely, stay motivated and keep at it, you will get there🤗🤗🤗🤗.

I've seen my weight fluctuate as much as 3 pounds in a single day. I've found what works for me is to weigh every day, but to use a 7-day rolling average. So the weight I record on FS is the average of the most recent 7 days. Helps me keep the fluctuations in perspective

Yeah, it's annoying to see unexplained daily fluctuations, but you get used to it. I keep a weekly average to see whether there's a downward trend and go by that.

I actually prefer the daily fluctuations because I can go in my journal to see if I find trends and patterns in what I eat, how I feel and how my body reacts. Then I can easily pivot.

Glad you are starting to feel better! I feel like weighing myself once a week cuz it's hard to feel like progress is made when it's only a few 10ths drop every day or so. I haven't done it yet. I can't seem to not weigh myself daily! 🤣 But I try to look back a week or two to take note of my accumulative loss. That helps a little.
