For October. Highest weight was 186.8 and lowest was 178.4. I expect many losses over the next few months and should hit my goal weight by end of February since I am back on my original plan. Only made it to the gym about 23 times. I can't find my little planner where I track it all so I am guessing- but I know it was low for me just from being out of town the first few days of October and it is hard for me to make it on Saturdays due to house stuff (and yesterday work interfered, too)-Oh and forgot that boxing game made my body too sore- but still had really AWESOME workouts overall. I have been starting with the heaviest weight I can do and then just doing drop sets without rest. I find it really enjoyable and a good hurt. Non-scale victories include just a lot of compliments from people I haven't seen in awhile. And a ton of compliments on the hair. 😊🤷🏻‍♀️ In general- people are nicer to you when you aren't morbidly obese. It's a fact. More girl stuff today-and I don't mean boy problems- but that's neither here nor there at this point. I was recording it just so I could track it but clearly it has a mind of its own anyhow. Looking at 174 by December 1st with at least 4 pound losses monthly until I meet my goal- at which time I will have to see what that looks like and probably lower my goal weight again. Thanks for reading! 🤸🏻‍♀️💪🏻💗

Thanks, girls and hubby! LowKey- How is that foot feeling? Larilyn- I LOVE plans and lists- I could spend more time making a list than getting started on it. LOL

Foot is better. 2 week check up tomorrow and hoping for clearance to take boot off for short distance driving and to train upper body strictly from bench. I’m really being very cautious and careful as I need this to heal to perfection. Though I have a feeling I won’t be lunging any time soon and it’s not hurting my feelings🤣🤣🤣

I have to agree with you on making lists & plans -- such satisfaction on crossing things off! Mine are always with pen & paper for that reason.

Awesome plans! I’ll be watching for updates!

Thanks, Drag and Tom! Good to hear, LKL- i wouldn't be shedding tears for lost lunges either. Yes- Justbananas- I love lists but also LOVE spiral notebooks and a good pen. Not sure what I think I am going to be writing all the time- but I feel compelled to buy them. OK- Lots of Sunday stuff to accomplish so aside from writing in calories- No more FS today. Cutting myself off!

TomLong- How were the hotdogs and the almost chin-ups?

You are totally in sync with what you want and that's great building goals help alot I should start that maybe it will help me as well and you are so right about people being nicer to you than they are when you are obese honestly it's like you don't exist in their eyes they judge you from the outside in instead of inside out especially where relationships are concerned men like women who look good on their arm even if she is self and vain it doesn't matter as long as she looks good and I'm not judging all men the same I'm speaking from personal experience only

I love your consistency. And how you keep track of everything. accountability is the key to success. probably why I haven't loss anything since August. thanks for the reminder 😎

@Davidsprincess- our daughter now has a ring. I knew it was coming because he asked for her hand (and the rest I assumed) three weeks ago, but I didn’t tell anyone. Their first date was in the cemetery of one of the oldest churches in the area on Halloween; that’s where he took her to propose. We haven’t trained yet today; later this afternoon. I’m dragging.

And the hotdogs were good. I should have had another instead of chips and dip.

Seems like a good guy to ask your permission! Sorry you're dragging. We even gave you an extra hour! :)
