Katsolo's Journal, 29 October 2020

Definitely an interesting development as far as fat mass holding, muscle mass increased (or just coming back). Did a medium walk last night later after being glued to the chair all.day.long. Made sure to go at a quick clip so every minute of it got counted as exercise, which it did. Came home, fed the zoo, and played with the gym some more. There are no instructions for the attachments, so I'm scanning through online videos to figure out how to use the more mysterious ones. Didn't really do any structured sets, so surprised muscle mass is holding, but whatever. I'll set aside a solid thirty minutes this weekend to do a whole video set without adjusting things too much in between.

Figured out the ab stuff, upper body (this is actually fun) and can't quite figure out the leg attachments or the odd pull up handles. They do not fit on the machine.

Probably one of the last Halloween shots. Ghost rider. I want this one, too. Reality check: if you have a bunch of life size skeletons, you need to have somewhere to store them. Thought about under the beds, but if a dog got hold of them it could be really bad. That's gonna be a nope in my tiny house because I don't believe in storage units.

Two more days. Onward.

Ilike your plants! In our apartment there is not even a small balcony. And, well, truth be told any plant I have tends to die in less than three months.

oh, I wish it were my yard (for Halloween only) but it's not. just one of the awesome neighbors in the neighborhood dressing things up. she does have some really cool stuff in there normally as well.
