I have four reports to get done at work and I’m just hoping I can get one accomplished today. As I slowly slowly lose weight I feel so much more comfortable, I can’t wait to get to where I want to be!! Today I’m just having a sandwich and salad.😊
199.3 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
